This would be funny except
1. It was for the customer care hotline at my local Ford Dealer
2. It summarizes this chap's experience with Ford
What happened with your car mikestang63?

Unfortunately it does seem like that is getting to be my only option. But ohhh the cost...
That is why I mentioned in a previous thread to not only validate what SilverS550 has stated, but also you will be including court fees, lawyer fees as part of your damages when you win. You have options here... I would have been on the phone with a lawyer long ago.
And I have done it before too, with a Ford dealer, and won. They settled without having to file a lawsuit but as soon as my attorney and I listed all the damages to a mustang that I bought (back in 2001) they took the car back and refunded me. Seems like the shinny new 2001 I bought back then had been taken out by one of the sales guys, wrapped around a telephone pole and there was a cheep attempt to patch it back together... Didn't take but a month of driving for me to figure out why everything rattled (quarter panel, doors) and why the car wouldn't drive straight...
Thanks for the update, 15Mustang!Update 5/4: I am thankful for the support everyone has given me!, as I take further steps to get my transmission fixed. I will update the thread with more detailed information and hopefully a final resolution soon.
