What is the most I can advan. my timing

Finally got my programmer to work. Its a predator.

I know alot of you guys have advanced timing but I want to know what the average setting is. I want the most most HP I can get but not destroy my daily driver. I advanced +7 and it drives fine with out any pinging. How far can I go

from what I have seen you can max the timming ont he predator and be fine.
