Wow man, just glad it all held together so you two got it home in one piece. That makes me want to add "re-tighten everything" to my list....and have a cold glass of whiskey.
i’m not looking for low 7’s just so ya know...If I can get a stock ho motor with 10psi to run low 7s rowing gears you can
Also...is there a momentary button that I can wire somehow into the ECU for a low rpm 2 step to put the engine into boost while foot braking.i’m not looking for low 7’s just so ya know...
I drink my whiskey neat,..and at room temp,...thank you very much.Wow man, just glad it all held together so you two got it home in one piece. That makes me want to add "re-tighten everything" to my list....and have a cold glass of whiskey.
I showed them the power of 250 ft lbs. Since I had the 3/4” torque wrench out pulling the spindle nuts tight, those damn bolts got the same treatment.Danged old magic bolts working their way loose!
Show them the power of Loctite!
careful you dont lose one into your coffee
That’s your guess then? 7.60?7.6ohsht
I know I gotta find the “Launch in“ wire...hopefully I don’t have to take the whole freakin dash apart to find it, and that I’m not using it for some other purpose.Also...is there a momentary button that I can wire somehow into the ECU for a low rpm 2 step to put the engine into boost while foot braking.
So, about 250 ft lbs?Loose enough to allow the spindle to move back and forth. Now so freakin tight, itll take a 3' long 3/4 breaker bar to remove them ( cause that's what I used to tighten them with)
Oh it’s rich alright...like Warren Buffet rich.Launch in can be any of the digital inputs. It being rich while power breaking does not surprise me at all considering 99% of the tuning done was making the damn thing start with no sync loss.
All im gonna do is put a momentary pushbutton next to the shifter. When its setup ill reference TPS percentage and the brake light switch. If the brakes are on, and TPS is at xyz..its gonna stutter. Why not just use a line lock instead of the foot balancing act. Could use the signal from the linelock to trigger launch mode.
or we can NOT use that archaic device and do it all in the softwareDaytona Sensors ignition control. Fully automate every part of your launch.
