99 4.6 into an 89 coupe

I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on what might be needed to put a 1999 4.6 5-speed into my 89 4-cylender coupe. I just purchased the 99 with a salvaged title. The whole drivetrain is entact. It was a stolen recovery and it has no interior. So if anyone could give me some ideas on what will swap over or what i need to swap everything over it would be much appreciated. Thanks
