Anyone Using The Richport Chinese Distributor?

Pretty sure it's Richporter, and they're made in Taiwan if I'm not mistaken (whether or not that's part of China is up for debate, but they historically have had higher quality standards in Taiwan -- which isn't saying much).

I don't have one myself, but I've seen some mixed-to-slightly-positive reviews over the years. At their price-point, if I end up needing one, I'll get a Richporter.

It's a crap shoot. I think the odds of it working any better than a factory rebuild like a Cardone are hit or miss. The best way seems to be to fix your stock one with the best electronics you can find, Motorcraft, Echlin or BWD. It's time consuming though. Right now I have a Cardone in mine because I don't have time for that nonsense.
