Mach 1 ask dumb questions get dumb answers.....

I have a dumb question for everyone..... If I have access to a buddy of mines wrecked 97 lincoln mark 8 will everything from a 03/04 mach 1 bolt onto it? I mean will the shaker hood scoop and the 5 speed tranny (saying I use a 03/04 mach's cpu) I wanna use this motor in another project and I love the hood scoop and want to keep the 4.6 4V DOHC compared to the smaller and less hp of 2V SOHC..... will a supercharger from a 03/04 mach fit? Is there anything I need to need before I "marry" this 2 motors? THANKS.....
