autocross questions

I have an 87 hatch gt... was looking at a decent suspention set up for autocross, any suggestions? I don't have a lot of cash, but i was looking at the ford racing "c" springs and kyb agx shocks and struts. Would this be a good direction to head in; or could you point me in another direction that was also as cost effective?

thanks,
Llew.

Autocrossing is pretty tough on a car.
You should start with subframe connectors.

Check out Maximummotorports site, and just start to piece together a setup.
After the subs, you'll probably want to do springs, shocks, CC plates, endlinks.
Then move on to rear control arms when you get more money.

+1, dont forget the strut tower brace, and down the road a panhard bard will do wonders for your car when you are pushing hard through the turns
