I bought new rotors. Old ones are still good. They are legit Brembo. I bought them brand new. Have been on the car for a few years, but it doesn't really go anywhere so I doubt they even have 10,000 miles on them. The rust you see is merely on the surface and the slight rusting of the friction area is just from sitting in the garage for the last year.
Still plenty of life left in them.
