Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately a discount on further purchases does not necessarily help me in my current situation as I never intended on buying multiple sets of rims for my vehicle. I do however understand your position and realize that you, now taking control of the company want to start with a clean slate and to start off fresh.
But from what I gather on your reply, is that, now any past purchases made from customers to your company, either under your ownership or not, are now void. Although I can see your legal obligations I just hope you understand that you're still not helping your past customer (i was a customer of crossroadz at one time).
So that being said, I wish you all the best on future clients as I'm sure YOU'LL stand behind whatever purchases they've made, however retention on past clients has just gone out the window.
