I recently without doing much homework got a '4 Seasons' part # 36957 w/o AC fan clutch for my 86GT with air conditioning.

Rock auto and a few others have it on their website as a fan clutch w/o ac . My vendor says it's ok and it'll work just fine on my factory ac equipped car.

I'm not really complaining here, because the car is running cooler than ever, but I can't find any specific information on what the difference between them is.

Anyone here know?
Thanks ahead of time.

A fan for a car with A/C will pull more air across the A/C condenser and radiator. Part of that design is going to be in the fan clutch which couples tighter and has a lower slippage rate in the fluid coupling inside it.
