anyone ever use partshopper? I ordered my exhaust saturday, checked on monday to see it said shipping. Checked today in Web Design class and it said shipping. Check it tonight and it says cancelled because "Needed correct billing address for credit card on file." why would it say this? I used my moms credit card but its the same address as mine? Any Ideas? Thanks

You must have misstyped something. I forgot to change the expiration date one time when ordering and it canceled. If there is a number call and ask.

i double checked everything and its all correct, except on the billing info i put my name instead of my moms. could that be it? is there anyway i can correct it without going through the whole process again?

That may be it, call them and have them change it. We cant do much for you, just call.

I've used PartShopper a few times. Never had any problems. The wrong name on a CC would definently throw up the flag though.

Email the correct billing address to [email protected] They would have sent out an email request, but spam filters can be nasty.
