PHP Intake work vs Extrude hone?

I am going to have the intake manifolds worked on for my 03 Mach. I was wondering if anyone has any experience between PHP's Mach intakes at $1,200 vs. Extrude hones work for $600. PHP port and polishes theirs for the extra $600. I am sure both companies are quality but is there that much HP difference to warrant $600! Thanks for the help!
