Yes it is. The jumper on the O2 harness can be easily moved. You need to match it to the YEAR of the car as well as the ECU. The ECU should also match the trans. I know many say you can run a 5- spd with an AOD ecu, but that can sometimes cause issues with a hanging idle due to the lack of the NGS in the trans harness. Best to swap the ECU, add the correct manual trans harness with NGS provision, and repin the O2 sensor harness to match. Car will run better and less potential issues down the road.
