ok, I made it almost 3 months on the stock mach 460 and only new head unit. I finally gutted it.

Went with 4 pioneer 4-way 6x8's , 2 10" rockford subs in the trunk, 600 watt 4 channel amp for the pioneer's and a 980w 2 channel for the subs. it sounds great, but my license plate gets horrible vibration.

What I did temporarily is I just took off the license plate, rolled up a bunch of little rolls of duct tape and stuck them on the back of the license plate and then covered the tape with folded paper towel then put the plate back on, and it sounds fine...just wondered if there was any special thing I could buy that was a bit more "official"

Faom waether stripping from home depot or loews is probaly the cheapest way. $2.95 for a 10' roll. It's just soft faom, that's sticky on one side. Try that. In the meen time i'll try to get some spelling lessons.
