I was in San Diego last Month, my younger brother is a Navy Seal and is stationed at Coronado right now. I didn't make it to the local breweries, but San Diego is a very, very nice place to be. I would love to move there.

I drove a black/black '04 Z06 yesterday with Corsa exhaust and some sort of aftermarket intake system... Oh.my.god. That is my next car. Sorry Termi, but this Corvette was going for 23k in pristine condition, and it was an experience in itself. Winters, I'm seriously jealous, especially after yesterday.

Why don't you wait until 2011 to pull the trigger? Isn't the GT500 getting a new power plant along with the GT? Not that 540hp isn't enough, along with the fact that it can easily be bumped up to some insane numbers.

same power plant, but aluminum block instead. Whichever one I get depends on how soon my Cobra goes, and if I can find a good deal on a 2010.

Really? I've probably contributed 10 times what you have on this board. The 2nd car to run a PI headswap and first car on this board with aftermarket reground cams, before aftermarket cams came out.

I'm game, car is getting an A@A vortech, 3.90's, and should be running mid 10's soon. Looking for 7.50's out of my stock car at 349rwhp. Parts are already ordered. And like all the cars I've had on here, I post track results and back up what I say on here. I never, ever call anybody out to race, but since you have posted this, would you like to race me? How about my stock car vs. your modified car?.... I didn't think so. I am very involved in the local mustang community, even though I am one of the only Chevy guys. I have never called anybody out here, because my cars have never been fast cars, and a 10 second car, even a street car, is not a fast car in Houston. This video was a poke at him, not meant to be a big deal.



I have always given him his props on his cars, ever time he post pics of his car, I give him props. I was just poking at him due to a couple statements that he has made to me over the years.

I have owned 3 2v PI cars, SVO head/blown car, 98 DTA PI swap, PI swap(2 PI swaps on this car), 97 PI GT. I will own a 4th soon. I have had my eye on a couple cars in the area. BTW, I post videos where I get killed here, if you haven't seen them. I hide nothing. If you would like to see me miss a gear on my first pass ever in a c5 against a 750hp gt500, let me know.

I respect that. I've been in the mod motor seen since I was 16, and the first 2v stangs were out. However, I lack a lot of knowledge about what makes the 2v tick internally. Tim, owner of MPH , was one the original guys on this board that pushed the 2v, even with his shorty headers back in the day. Though I'm sure he does not remember it, I talked to him over the phone a few times, many, many years ago and he helped me out. All the old school guys, Starkie, Bill Putnam, KenB, use to all post here, and helped us all out. I got to run a FFW mod motor event at 19 with Bill and some of the guys a long time. I just try to share the information that I have learned and used over the years, what I have found works and doesn't.

. Sometimes, I get carried away, as we all do on this board. If you met me, you would realize that I am probably the easiest guy to slam a couple beers with and shoot the crap. I agree, time to move on.

Oh god come one, I have said millions of time how nice your car is , this time I just said it more like dyno queen as it make sick power and have not gone fast at the track . People goes low 9sec with 800rwhp with right suspension but your car is more like street car. I didn't mean no disrespect and in anyway I came up hard then I am sorry.

My car is DD and was making 424rwhp when it blew, motor being build right now and should be done in few weeks, looking for 600+rwhp on pump gas and want to run mid to high 10sec. Not everyone is awesome at the track so don't feel bad that you still learning , I have seen lot's of powerful car doing 12-13 sec with 6-800 hp

Just a side note even you have 2 bad ass car don't think people will kick your ass for having 800rwhp. And don't take things too personal , who cars what people thinks about you if you know what you are.
