no you don't have to go to mustang world, we have all the codes listed in the sticky at the top of the page, plus if you give me the code numbers I can help you diag it, I don't go to mustang world so I can't help you over there. Here is the code thread

If it's lean bank 1 that code is p0171 lean bank 2 is p0174
most common causes of these codes are a vacumm leak, so check all you vacumm lines and see if you see any that fell off or damaged, it's rare to have the intake gaskets go on these cars so check those lines first.
Other things to check are the MAF and the intake tube
If you cleaned a K+N filter recently there is a chance oil contminated the MAF
