Ok, codes pulled.

Let get to full running temp

Koeo
15
82
85

Stored codes
33 Canister or EGR valve not operating properly ( will the charcoal canister do this?)

96 fuel pump circuit -- no clue

Koer
4--- 8 cylinders right?
94 secondary air system--- no clue
44 air management system-- no smog pump?
33

Balance test
9----- pass right?

33 is EGR. IS yours there or was it removed? or unplugged?

Ignore code 96. Usually this is common on mass air swapped 86-88's that didn't have a wire run to the fuel pump relay under the seat. If you want to eliminate this code, just need to run 1 wire from ecu to relay.

44/94 is from not having an smog pump setup

Code 82 is smog pump related, and 85 is charcoal canister

Code 15 is keep alive memory for the ecu. If you run the codes after disconnecting the battery you get this. Clear the codes, run again, and it should be gone. If not, you'll need to do some troubleshooting here

@madmike1157 I'm sure the Cat will get very hot, but doubt it will be hotter than the turbo! You could look for some heat shielding like they put between the floor and cats on the newer mustangs and use that?

like this.

Went to check for power to pin 1.

Found this. Please advice.
