Anyone have any input, advice or suggestions? I am just starting to research.

Forgive the off topic suggestion, but have you considered water/meth injection? A Snow kit on your car would significantly drop IATs and make detonation pretty much a non-issue. I'm sure you know all of this already, though.

He already has meth. I was waiting for him to finally get an intercooler though :). You're going to see a very nice power increase with a quality front mount.

Are you planning on rotating the compressor housing around to make it easier to route the cold side plumbing? You may have some framerail clearance issues if I correctly remember how your turbo is mounted.

Thanks I will check out Bell. I am "trying" to use as much of the existing parts as possible. The plan is a nice front mount, 80#ers and E85 for the next Kurgan tune early next year oh, more boost too.

This is how it sits currently, I am thinking flipping the intake to try to keep the pipe routing a bit more clean. Also may go to blow thru and vent directly to the atmosphere.

Have you looked into how much switching to E85 alone lowers IATs? E85 actually cools the combustion chamber, while your meth nozzzles (pre and post turbo I assume?) will cool IATs. There are non-intercooled guys who have frost on their intakes after a pull when running E85. You may not need an intercooler at all, and a blow thru E85 setup certainly won't need one at your power level. E85, blow thru, FMIC, AND meth... you might as well just pack the entire car in ice haha. Here's just a few...

Haha, are you shooting for your IATs to be below ambient?? :D Well, your boost numbers will likely go up with E85, but down through the intercooler, depending on how restrictive it is. At least you know the Dart will take anything you throw at it and beg for more.

The 76GTS was making over 20psi on the dyno last time when the wastegate spring decided to not play nice.

If I remember correctly it hit 23psi, MOAR power!

That must have been a sight to see! How is the lag with that turbo on the street? I'm going to be running an 88mm with .96 A/R at about 350ci through very well flowing heads. I'm a little afraid of the lag time.

I wouldnt worry about lag at all. My little Precision Turbo 76GTS .96A/R is the little turbo that could. I have been very impressed with it.

T4 base, small 3" DP and still makes silly boost on my 363.

If I had to do all over T6 would be the way to go.

Well, that's good to know, thanks. My Y2K88 is a T6 and should make way more power than I'll ever need. Famous last words right? haha

As in, Pump E85, or VP E85 i think is what he means.

From what ive heard, guys around here have to make a home tester for the E85 and add straight methanol to it until it is the 85% ratio. Not consistent out of the pump
