Please Help With Fuel Problem!

is it just a 93 motor or motor and computer the computer determines which system it is ?and sounds to me like the comp isnt turning the pump back on after it starts ?

i was thinking something along the same lines. you can jump the fuel pump at the self tester connection or at the relay. as i recall, the puter sends ground to the relay. DMM would help. check what you have juice and ground at the relay and see how it changes after starting and as it dies. i.e., see if the puter takes the ground away.

the fuel pump is hard-wired through a switch, so it gets power when i flip it on...and the computer is an A9L which came from the 91 car.

I personally don't think it is computer related. You need to check fuel pressure first.
