if the keyway on the crack in damaged then so is the motor
Not true. I busted my key way and the motor was fine. Ilthough it gave me a great excuse for a nice rebuild! And I have never had a problem with the piggyback system

Don't buy the piggy back style. I'd buy Steeda.
This is hilarious, the area in red which is the outer part of the pulley separated by injected rubber actually slung off. I'm guessing cause of age and the rubber being dried up and cracked. I guess the belt somehow came back on using the tensioner, but i drove home no problem.

Yeah i saw that one, but it requires a belt change and for only about 40 bucks more i can get the underdrive set with my discount on AM.You can buy a nice crank pully/ballancer from March for like 150.
Well i ordered the pullies, then plan on installing them when they get here. Are you referring to a quick fix or something?got a solution yet?
