Anybody have AFS 03 Cobra wheels with....

Time for new tires and need some help. I'm currently running 255/40/17 but would like to go to 275/40/17. I was wondering if anybody has this set up;

99+ GT convertible.
H&R SS springs.
17 x 9 AFS '03 cobra wheel w/26mm offset.
275/40/17 tires.

Will this size tire fit without rubbing?

Well, I don't quite fit all those categories...
But I have an Eibach Pro Kit (1.5" drop), 275/40/17's on 17x9 AFS 03 Cobra's. It does not rub.
