Head ID

need help ID'ing a set of heads that are currently on my car. the date code is early '87? (7A29). any idea where the P/n is located???

also, what plugs should i be using with these heads, early 90's stock GT cam, duraspark, triY's, and carburetor (570cfm 4150 on an E-RPM). i'm getting a little off-idle hesitation.

plugs are currently autolite 5144 and they "look" good.
