So finally I pick the f303 cam and call ford racing to figure out which springs to go with it and they tell me to absolutly not use that cam and to go with the X303. I dont mind checking the piston to valve clearence but I dont want to start this project and find out that its not going to work-which i think will happen with the X303 cam. Anyone know???? I am sooooo frustrated. Im thinking maybe I will go with a smaller cam like the E or B. I donno know. Please help I have:

3.73 gears
Windsor jr.s with 1.6 ratio rockers going on with the cam
maf conversion
bbk intake
5 spd manual
full exaust
I plan on doing the upper and lower intake soon after the cam and heads.
Please help me.

I feel you got ahold of a guy that liks the X over the F !! Both are good cams... the F makes a lot of power and has the shorter lift !! the duration is more on the F than the X. That being said.. the high lift, short duration will build faster power ( and the 107 ICL) but I'd bet at the top... they are pretty much the same...??? IF P/V issues figure in here... notch the pistons and go X , or not and keep the F !! I think you will like either !! cool??
