i've found a "flaming river manual steering rack" for the right price, the ad says he has the steering shaft and the brackets that go on the motor for the serpentine belt. i really dont know what that's for if anyone could feel me in but my original question is if it'd make a difference if it was off of a 5.0 car or 2.3? i'm looking at a 2.3t notch and would like to free up a lot of space by getting rid of the A/C and power steering, then relocating the alternator to where the A/C was. thanks anyone.
