This format is almost the same as an RC forum I was on (until I bought a Foxbody). That Arrma RC site, and this one have been great. Glad I found the right ones!!
custom tacos definitly has me intruguedCustom Tacos Forum?
does that include spaghetti tacos?
The Fox/Mustang parts market isn't dead, it just moved on from the forums.I just recently decided to part out my fully intact running 94GT. It did have a cracked stock E7 head, had some rust areas and decided that maybe I could get other 94-95's back on the road with my parts.
I didn't take anything off the car and listed it on Craigslist and OfferUp as a feeler / test. Wanted to see if I should sell just the parts or the entire car intact. Got a bunch of hits, in the first 48 hours I sold a BBK X-pipe. My son said to list on Facebook Market Place. I don't have Facebook so he copy / pasted my Craigslist Ad to the FB Market Place. I couldn't get the parts off the car fast enough.
In 2 weeks I've sold enough parts to cover my initial purchase price. I still have quite a few parts to go. I thought it would take me years, in the two weeks I am averaging $1400 a week so far. I'm on the smaller parts now so that number will decline in week 3. Few hundred more bucks I'm in the green and have a shed full of parts still. Rear End, Rear Upper Control Arms, Rear Lower Control Arms, ABS Unit, Driveshaft, Front A-Arms (new), Front / Rear Sway Bars, Radiator Cooling Fan, Resevoirs (Coolant & Washer Fluid), Trunk, Wing, Inner Fender Linings, Air Bags, Center Consoles, Interior Trim Bezels, I can go on and on.
Craiglist and OfferUp, still get the hits but FB was where I really sold some parts. Had some FOX guys buy parts too so not just SN95 only.
Went from this, BEFORE to that AFTER in 2 weeks. I guess I got lucky.

It's also a product of the maturity level of the people who frequent this forum. A lot of older people who are still into or getting back into the Mustang game. Go back to some of the threads from the early-2000s and you'll see the difference in the discourse.
Dang I grew up only eating tacos of course with rice and beans so sick of them I hardly eat tacos or burritos anymore, LOL!!and im over here still wanting tacos
I had a '96 F-150 with that style of wheel. You can't really find those anymore. I loved those wheels...and that truck. As featured ln Custom Tacos 1999 Prerunner 350,000 miles Owned 22 years with only 2 or 3 minor repairs. Totally rust free. Paid $10.000 could get $5000.00 Was my first love never touched by a mechanic. Now Im into my 90 LX convertble
I've noticed it as well, the classifieds on sites like this and corral used to be a hot bed for buying and selling.
I don't do Facebook but wonder if there's more action buying/selling using that media.
