Alright I found my cam specs today for the cam currently in my 67 and they are as follows

.500 lift intake/exhaust
244 degrees of duration at .050 lift
110 LSA

I would like to know if any one can make a guess as to what the rpm range is? I was thinking around 2500-5600. but that's a total guess...

What ever range it's got now with the stock heads, will move up with aftermarket ( better flowing ) heads. Here's one way to tell where it turns on now, just drive your car normally, easing on the gas gradually, at the point where the power starts to kick in, is where the actual rpm range starts, it will feel similar to when the secondaries on the carb kick in. The top of it is where the engine quits accellerating "pulling". It will still accellerate, but at a slower rate. On the 331 in my 89 Ranger, I can take off and actually "feel" when the engine's power curve kicks in, in this case it happens at 1500 rpms, it pulls hard up to around 6500, that's when I shift, it'll actually pull higher, but I don't want to stress the motor.
