WE HAVE BEEN FIGHTING TO GET A NEW ENGINE ALSO. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVIENCE. BUT THIS IS A MECHANICAL PIECE AN THINGS HAPPEN. THAT ARE NOT IN OUR CONTROL. AND THIS SHOULD NOT SHOW UP IN AN CAR HISTORY. IT STAYS IN OASIS FOR 180 DAYS. SO THE HISTORY SHOULD BE A DEFAULT. AND ONCE AGAIN THIS IS FREAK INCIDENT. F-150,EXPEDITION,NAVIGATOR HAS THE SAME DESIGN ENGINE 3V HEAD AND I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.AND FOR THE SCRATCH IT IS IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT AND WILL BE FIXED. THE CAR HAD FENDER COVERS AROUND CAR WHEN ENGINE WAS REMOVED AND THE WINDOW ISSUE THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE.

Inform the dealer you have retained a lawyer after the initial meeting. Call ALL of the local tv stations, newspapers, and automotive activist groups and inform them of the issue, and that it has escalated to the point that you had to retain legal services. This may not get the dealer moving as a "threat" but the action following, from the media and court battle, will likely get the attention of the man at the top. Someone, somewhere in Ford has the power to grant your request with a snap of his fingers. Get his attention, and your problem will go away. Trust me. Every day you delay in retaining a lawyer you give the dealership and Ford time to get their lies straight, and give them opportunity to back out quietly, bending you over the entire time. This sounds like prison rape to me, I'd fight back.

Ever since I got this 05 M GT, I have been fantasizing about working the motor.
Tell them you'll take the car back only if you can work a deal on the core and have fun! If you're a really tough customer, you might get a supercharger thrown in too...
